FINANCE VICE PRESIDENT, 2023-2025: Josephine Hesse

Josephine Hesse is a 3rd-year Active Member of the Junior League of Cleveland. Her Provisional year was during the pandemic. She is in her second year as Finance VP. Her previous placement was as a member on the Finance Committee. Josephine is an attorney. Before law school, she taught English in Busan, South Korea for almost five years.

Josephine is also an active member of Daughters of the American Revolution, which she also joined during the pandemic. She is the Reporting/Corresponding Secretary for her chapter in Strongsville. Josephine volunteers with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program with United Way of Summit & Medina Counties. She regularly volunteers with Greater Cleveland Food Bank, and it was with the Junior League that she started volunteering with the food bank. Josephine likes to travel and has been to every state except Alaska.
