TRAINING VICE PRESIDENT, 2022-2024: Chyra White

Chyra began her career with training, working with Healthcare Electronic Medical Records in 2011 at Evident, Inc. formerly known as CPSI in Mobile, Alabama.  Upon moving to Cleveland after marriage, Chyra began her career with University Hospitals as a Training and Development Specialist where she currently trains clinical staff as well as develops post-class curriculum for continued learning. Chyra is a proud graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Chyra joined the Junior League of Cleveland in 2019 and has served as a Provisional Advisor, a member of the Membership Engagement Committee, Chair of the Women of Color Affinity Group, and most recently, as the Training VP.  Being engaged with the community has always driven Chyra and Junior League offers the perfect opportunity to do so.

Outside of JLC, Chyra is a member of the Cleveland Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. and the Scholarship Chair for the Brook Park Elementary PTA.  She and her husband have three daughters who she hopes will one day follow in her footsteps and join the Junior League when they become adults.
