EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, 2022-2024: Aparna Pillay

Aparna is the 2022-2024 Executive Vice President of the Junior League of Cleveland.  She joined the Junior League in 2012 and has been an active member in the Atlanta, Dallas, and Cleveland Leagues serving in multiple leadership roles, including Dallas CASA Project Chair, Violence Intervention Issue Area Coordinator, and Community Vice President before her current stint as EVP. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Child and Family Advocates of Cuyahoga County and chairs its Strategic Direction committee, Aparna also serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and is a member of Partners, Playhouse Square’s Young Professionals organization.

She is currently an Engagement Manager at Chartis, a leading consulting firm focused on materially improving healthcare. Aparna earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and a Master of Public Health in Healthcare Policy and Management and Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Services from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health.

Her hobbies include traveling, scuba diving, running, reading, and cooking. A Cleveland native, Aparna returned after 10 years out of state and lives in her hometown of Brecksville with her husband, Tim, and their rescue Shar Pei, Stella.
