The Junior League of Cleveland’s Women’s Leadership Summit is a biennial event designed to elevate, connect, and inspire women across Greater Cleveland. This landmark initiative, launched Spring 2025, extends JLC’s leadership mission beyond its membership and into the broader community.

The Summit convenes women leaders, professionals, and emerging changemakers for a day of networking, skill-building, and thought leadership. By creating a platform for dialogue and professional development, JLC positions itself not only as a volunteer organization, but as a catalyst for civic and professional leadership across Northeast Ohio.

The Women’s Leadership Summit reflects the League’s evolution, developing leaders internally while also serving as a community convener.
