Description
Mentorship can be a powerful catalyst for growth, but only when you know how to use it well. In this interactive 1-hour virtual workshop, participants will learn how to approach mentorship with clarity, confidence, and intention.
This session is designed for women who are seeking mentors, stepping into new leadership roles, or wanting to make the most of mentoring relationships. We’ll explore how to identify what you actually want to be mentored in, the characteristics of effective mentors, and how to clearly communicate your goals, strengths, and growth areas as a mentee.
Additionally, participants will learn how to use confident body language to project credibility, presence, and professionalism in mentoring and leadership conversations. This portion of the workshop will focus on posture, eye contact, and nonverbal cues that support clear communication, build trust, and reinforce active listening.
