Our community partner Northeast Ohio Black Health Coalition (NEO Black Health Coalition), a social justice organization created to address the impact of racism on African American disparities including policy inequities, historical trauma, food insecurity, research, behavioral health and addiction, health promotion by working to empower, educate and advocate for health equity in under-served communities.
They are hosting the Health Empowerment Advocacy Resource Training (H.E.A.R.T.) event on Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 9:00AM – 2:00PM, ThirdSpace Action Lab. The event will feature workshops and training around the importance of public health, community change, and advocacy.
