Junior League of Cleveland

The Junior League of Cleveland (JLC) is pleased to announce its Scholarship & Information Night on November 14, 2024, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the League Loft located at 3615 Superior Avenue E Building 44, 4th Floor, Suite 4404C Cleveland, OH 44114. The event is open to women seeking to return to school to complete their degree after interruption, as well as foster care graduates pursuing their undergraduate education. In addition to potential scholarship applicants, community partners who work with women eligible for the JLC scholarships or who are likely to apply are also welcome to attend. This event is a valuable opportunity for community organizations to learn more about the resources available through JLC’s scholarship program. At the Scholarship & Information Night, attendees will:

• Meet the scholarship judges and learn about the selection process
• Network with Junior League members, applicants, and community partners
• Receive tips and insights from past scholarship recipients to craft a standout application

“We are excited to welcome both women looking to continue their education and our community partners who provide crucial support,” said Pamela Tyll Radisek, Scholarship Chair of the Junior League of Cleveland. “This event will help applicants gain confidence in the process and give partners the information they need to guide women in their journey toward educational achievement.” The JLC Scholarship Program provides financial support to women returning to school after a gap in their education and to foster care graduates. It reflects the Junior League’s mission to develop the potential of women and make a positive, lasting impact on the community. Admission: The event is free for potential scholarship applicants and community partners. Junior League members are invited to attend with a $10 admission fee, which will go directly toward the Scholarship Fund.
