Dr. Maegan Collins – Dr. Collins is the Membership Development Chair for the Junior League of Beaumont, TX. Dr. Collins has been a professional grant writer for several years and has a Master of Public Administration concentration in public-private partnerships. Dr. Collins authored a successful $7 million grant, amongst several hundred thousand in local grants, and has deep knowledge in non-profit and education grant writing.
