Description

Drawing from years of speaking about mental health, this talk blends education, storytelling, and real-world application to make mental wellness feel accessible and human. The session explores how everyday stressors, expectations and life transitions impact mental health—especially for women who are used to showing up for everyone else. Through relatable examples, the talk normalizes common emotional struggles, challenges stigma, and reframes mental health as an essential part of overall well-being rather than a crisis-only conversation. The goal is to walk away feeling seen and equipped with simple, sustainable tools to support our own mental health so we can foster more supportive conversations in our families, workplaces, and communities.
