Join the JLC Book Club as we discuss “What Kind of Paradise” by Janelle Brown, a coming-of-age novel and psychological thriller about a teenage girl raised in isolation in the 1990s by her extremist father, who flees to San Francisco to uncover the truth about her past and mother’s death, confronting the dawn of the internet age and her own beliefs about right and wrong. 

Please note, book club is on Wednesday this month so we don’t interfere with our Annual Meeting on Tuesday, May 19. Weather permitting, we may shift our meeting to an outdoor location. If we do shift to another location, an update will be shared by Monday, May 18.
