Please join the Junior League of Cincinnati as they welcome Dr. Steven D. Kniffley Jr., PsyD MPA ABPP to explore the topic of psychological safety. Psychological safety refers to the shared belief that it is okay to take risks, express ideas, speak up with questions, and admit to mistakes. Teams that promote psychologically safe spaces are more likely to see improved engagement, innovation, performance, and well-being. This training will discuss the concept of psychological safety, explore the building blocks for creating psychological safety, and provide opportunities for practice using psychological safety concepts.
